Lynda Richards & Chris Barnett are the proud owners of BabySpace at 5 Chelsea Ave in Richmond. Lynda & Chris recognised the need for a quality service for infant and toddler care and education in the Waimea District.  The property has been renovated to a high standard providing excellent facilities, with a large sheltered playground and plenty of off street parking.  BabySpace opened in August 2008.

Lynda knows the importance of having the right people employed to care for your children, the team has a high level of qualifications, experience and mostly importantly share the genuine love for working with infants and toddlers. Establishing a trusting relationship between parents, children and teachers is paramount; therefore communication is vital to ensure continuity of the care provided between home and BabySpace.

Lynda had 26 years experience in the Early Childhood profession, this combined with Chris building and business experience enabled them to quickly establish a good reputation for providing an excellent standard of care in a much admired environment dedicated to meeting the individual needs of infants and toddlers.
